7:28 PMah yes... update i shall! today is the second day of school!
today we assembled in the parade square (a flat piece of land that might have been a carpark or just extra space) and we had toline up according to our HOUSES! NOOOO!!!! So yeah... line up with grace and deborah who i am profoundly glad are in Nobel. The national anthem was played on the keyboard (with the person hitting the wrong notes twice and stopping completely in the middle!) I almost burst out laughing if not for grace next to me who valiantly tried to look serious.
We went to the freezing LT again. Apparently they didn't announce for us to sit in houses, so i hopped over to the other end of the LT and sat with ken bryan and roy to yakkity yak. It was only after we sat down that they asked the student helpers to count those in the houses. I bet the thing was screwed up because everyone was randomly sitting too.
The teachers went over some subject stuff, about how people took too many subjects. I took just enough (additional subject for fun) so i should be okay. They also ran through the school rules like we were some little children with no common sense. It's even up there on the net!!!
Break time was spent wandering around again, since the queue in the cantee was horrendously long.
After the break we split into houses again. Whee! everything is in houses now.
We had this very common signature collecting game like all other orientations so i was a nice girl and signed for almost everything. So yeah, we played scavenger hunt too, where no one was allowed to talk or delink from each other. The girl behind grabbed my wrist so hard it's still red now. So we ran around blindly trying to find the different places around the school.
There was a tie for third place for red 1, 2 and green 2 i think. the had this chain making thing where the first team to lie down would get the third prize. Red 2 won the first time round but everyone was complaining so there was a rematch. Red 1 won in the end.
Hah... Rina bought all the Green Tree(rs) a drink! SO NICE!!!
The last thing for the day would be the presentation. They decided to go with the stompish thingie. Gah... the thing is soooo noisy and everyone was just banging away not listening to anything or anyone else. Bit by bit it was organised but there were still people sitting around, refusing to participate -.- Its not we don't want to include you! You should come forward with whatever ideas you have ot just CLAP!
So bang away for quite abit we did. The thing now ends with some fly kite bit from our cheer. Ooh... the embarrassment awaits
Once school ended i checked my handphone and presto there was a missed call from ken who sent word that roy and him had left the school early >.< Just wandered about until i saw bryan still performing so i stayed to watch. jen and his friend were there (i can't possibly remember her name now unfortunately) so we watched and blardiblarblar for like hours
When the red group moved into the LT we decided to walk to jelita bus stop. Eee... get sweaty all over again. Checked out the playground at henry park and it was wet *sob sob*
Tomorrow will get time table, mentor and some thing to help the people affected by the tsunami
