Once upon a time, looking back was painful because it was full of painful memories.
Now, looking back hurts because the memories are so precious and so beautiful.

I am grateful for everyone who has entered my life, and made me a better person
I am sorry I took many for granted while looking ahead, not noticing who was beside me

People grow up, and they change, and they drift, and what it becomes will never be what it once was. All the lovely memories of times spent together I intend to keep with me, and I'll hug them as tightly as I can.
because at times they are all I have of people that once meant the world to me
because that doesn't change, even if everything else does.

To the people who have inspired me, befriended me and taught me more about myself,
I wish I could tell you this in person. I know some day I will gather enough courage to give you a great big hug and thank you for all you've done for me.
And even if I don't know what to say when I see you, or I have turned into a familiar stranger...

You are important to me!

Math exams at the start of a term... This has got to be a first!
Updating twice the same month... This has got to be a first!

Well nothing very interesting happened during classes today, except that Mr Tang let us off early (yay!) and so did Mr Lim. Extra time is ALWAYS welcomed =D especially before tests. The math test was pretty awful anyway, i missed out an entire section, but i guess what is done is done la so can ignore it for now. Just be more careful with my future test papers and stuff.

During soccer we got back our trophies haha. The first sports trophy for the school =) Dont know if Mr soh will request us to return for prize presentation or anything, but i hope it's kept a little quieter. The jerseys are so cool... except that they are white >.<

After soccer went home for piano lessons and mr quek brought along a new book. Sight read the whole book haha. It was that easy. Well maybe it was easy since those are common songs, so roughly know which notes and what timings. Guess that is pretty important too huh. But it was fun cause no struggling with the change in keys like in phantom of the opera or freakishly impossible chords in the concert books.

OH YES. Band prac! SO PRODUCTIVE!

Erm new laptop... have i written about that?

Hahas. The holidays just flew past, don't know where all the time went. I suspect it was a severe case of homeworkitis, infection of the brain and with the H1W1 bug. Holidays are excuses to give teachers a break and pile homework on students. Saddistic. Holidays are for rest and recuperation of the brain after such serious strain in school!

Anyway major tests coming up this week. Really need to rush my homework.

Inspired by the fact that Joshua started blogging, i shall make a post =)

(and the fact that he doesn't play the piano and wants to learn a 10 minute song)

Hate all the new school rules. And i hate the demerit system most of all. You can can either eat in class 15 times or skip classes 15 times to be expelled. Or you could play with deodarant and fire for 3 times. Or swear 15 times. Mmm. swearing is as bad as skipping classes.

And the talk with the girls. I distinctly remember we were told the reason why we got Skorts and not Skirts.

Blogger took out the time date option? Oh wells.

One thing that amuses me is my inability to keep to the promise that i'll update often. My older entries are super frequent! K. Not too late to start all over again right?

My new year resolution #147: update more often

With all those school / ydsp stuff going on, i guess that's not going to happen anytime soon.
